When the Obama campaign wanted to help Robin Weirauch's Congressional campaign here in Ohio it sent a targeted message to nearby supporters.  I am guessing that is the case for the message in this diary, and it's possible similar messages about West Virginia were sent to people in Pennsylvania and Virginia.

I hope so.  Any delegates Obama can get out of West Virginia put him ever closer to that majority of pledged delegates he should achieve on May 20.
