Curt Schilling got a telling off by the ownership in '04 for speaking out for Bush. The owner John Henry has a solid record of donations to Democratic candidates and causes. Go Red Sox!

He used to be the owner of the Florida Marlins; I believe he sold them in 2002 as he was buying the Sox.
Still, since 2002, that's $1,000 to Republicans and nearly $1 million to Democrats. Not perfect, but pretty close.
