    manyosos. But, being poverty-stricken can lead to an embrace of radical theory. Also, it is easier for Al Qaeda agents to convince those in poverty that their state is the result of the United States. Do not underestimate poverty as a possible contribution to terrorism in general.

      If the terrorists were really worried about poverty, they would be spending those millions on the poor rather than on weapons.

      The terrorists aren't exactly hurting for funds.

        I never said Al Qaeda was worried about the poor, I simply mean that Al Qaeda uses poverty to help recruit members.
