    Was quite the sophisticate for his period.  The first bearded emperor, Hadrian had, for the first time, an imperial tour through the entire empire during his reign, ordered the building of Hadrian's Wall, and picked the awesome Antonius Pius as his successor.  He was correct to see the dangers to the East, they would threaten the Romans, and later the Byzantines, forever.

    Born in '87 with a Hart for President button on!
