from a Virginian you have met (at the fundraiser you held for Bobby Scott at your lovely home) but probably don't remember.

    1. We are glad you will join the activitists, bloggers, and other politicians who will be at yearlykos.  I will be running a panel with your compatriot Tom Vilsack on education.  Your announcing that you are also coming may encourage others  -- both officier holdres/seekers and us ordinary folk - to also attend.
    1.  We like to hear from you, but we also like you to listen to us.   Thus while we are pleased you stopped by and posted, it would be nice if when you did post you hung around for a while and responded to what people have to share with you.  Some of the politicians who have done that have built real support here, and sometimes even learn a few things themselves  :-)
    1. On personal note, I am delighted to see you making a real effort to help other Democrats.  yeah, I know campaigning in Iowa has other benefits for you, but to put yourself out for as fine a man as Rep Boswell is the right thing to do -- we have important elections this cycle and is incumbent on all of us to work together to take back control of our government and our country.

    Again, thanks for stopping by.

but unfortunately didn't have time today to wait for the comments as he's off for Iowa for a full day tomorrow and his schedule is very tight.
Hopefully next time he posts we'll be able to schedule a longer block of time and he'll be able to stay and answer some questions.

am glad that Gov Warner has made his presence known in the blogsphere and that he honored DKos by coming here.

he could post the way Jimmy Carter does and reply to the comments in his next diary.  That way he doesn't have to block out such a large stretch of time on-line, and can make sure that his replies are well thought out (unlike some of ours).

It is nicer to have a real time conversation, but sometimes that is not practical.

Either way please give us a tip jar next time. the name of a totalitarian ideology that hates freedom, rejects tolerance, and despises all dissent
