How about the immigration issue in general? Nothing. Is it that progressive and liberal Democrats have no position on this important issue? Is Kos AWOL?

How do you tell an oxymoronic conservative Democrat from a Republican mole or troll?

the Iraq war as as a "major concern" of Americans in the latest poll?????  It wasn't even an issue two months ago.

Another Karl Rove brilliance.  "Let's pit everyone against the Mexicans so they'll forget who is REALLY screwing them..."

There were several hundred thousand protesting the war on Sunday in NY.  And the coverage?  Page 8, "thousands marched" (note, not hundreds of thousands!)

Yet, this mornings news is abuzz about "three hundred thousand marchers" for immigration reform...

Feel like we are all being played???

WE NEED TO BOYCOTT THE WAR FUNDING. WITH ALL THE CORRUPTION, WE NEED TO KEEP FOCUSED TO SHUT THEM DOWN.

but it was also expected: the Republicans have nothing to run a campaign on.

      •  Immigration is an important issue to me (0+ / 0-)

But I beleive you are right. We are being manipulated. Immigration reform is not a crisis, but the right is making it one. We need to reform immigration under a Democratic administration and
it needs more than a fence and deportation, or even amensty for that matter.

    •  Are you CRAZY! (0+ / 0-)
Paying attention to immigration might've meant one less diary about STEPHEN COLBERT!  How could immigration issues be as important as STEPHEN COLBERT?!  Don't you LIKE Stephen Colbert?  Don't you have any sense of humor?  You must HATE Stephen Colbert!  Only closet REPUBLICANS hate STEPHEN COLBERT!  STEPHEN COLBERT speaks for the powerless of the world, even immigrants!  If the voice of STEPHEN COLBERT isn't heard everywhere, the immigrants will be SILENCED!

(This message has been produced by the STEPHEN COLBERT IS GOD committee.  I'm NOT Stephen Colbert, but I'm sure He would approve of this message.)

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.
