    ... as far as it goes.  I don`t like it, but you`re right, anything is better than nothing.

    My problem is, when people get the "anything", they often settle for it and stop there.

    Besides, I think that a Rethuglican-controlled Congress should be almost irrelevant to arresting someone.  Couldn`t Washington, D.C. cops put cuffs on him at some point?  I`ve seen pictures of them standing close enough to.  They have more than sufficient justification to make a lawful arrest.  I know a lot of people are going to think I`m being ridiculously naïve here, but that people think that when these things are stated seems to me an extreme problem.  None of these things should be unusual or unthinkable, they should be the norm.  People - everyone - should be held to the law, most especially the lowest citizen in the land (the President, who supposedly has every citizen of the USA as her/his boss).

    If Bush starts a war with Iran, cops go to his house and freaking arrest him.  Why is this a problem, or unusual?
