    Want to do some homework? It will cost you research, but there is plenty to be found if you know what to look for. is another great source and it is free for SCOTUS material.  

    You would be searching for the witholding of access to national security related information (too many MESH terms to search on; I am sure you could work it out)and for opinions related to that in SCOTUS briefs.  You might also want to buy a book by written by ex CIA officer Jennine Brookner, if I remember her name correctly.  I think she still practices law in DC, but I have not checked in a while.  The info is out there.  The goons put up every stumbling block possible to restrict the lawyer list and venue.  Tenet was huge on that; he was named in her lawsuit as I recall.
