It's cheaper, you get more service, you can keep your number, you get voice mail, they just added free calls to five more countries...

You'll have to wait about 3 weeks to get your number ported over, in the meantime they give you a temporary number and you can still use the phone and everything.  I got my equipment within a day or two after ordering it.

I highly recommend.  And if you really want to support them, buy their IPO (coming in the next 1-2 months)!

From the moment we ordered the box to the moment everything was setup and ready to go took 3 days for us and that was with my fat pregnant butt, stuck under the desk for at least 18 hours trying to figure out why my modem wasn't working (I had accidentally unplugged it).

check ALL the plugs :) shit happens. especially when MORE livestock congregates in the room where the problem is.

2nd most important tech diag: if they are ALL plugged, unplug to reboot. wait 20 secs. replug.

then check your TCP/dial up config

        •  You don't know us and plugs (0+ / 0-)

99.4% of our issues is due to something unplugged.  And we know this, but we still forget to check the plugs until we've spent at least 12 hours tackling the problem from other angles.  Don't even get me started on the 8 lightbulbs I tossed out because I thought our lamp was blowing them out.
