    its genesis according to Beinart's deeply flawed thesis.  Clark spoke from deep security experience while evaluating an intensely complex situation and critically listing the barriers to success.  Beinart writes/handwrings almost as if he wants it both ways, to blame (us) for being right in the pre-war and Iraq War analysis, while accepting no accountability for the fatal flaws in his support of Bush's Iraq fairy tale and continuing to push a bad policy.  At some point he has to accept the truth - his assessment was tragically wrong.

    Only read what he wrote because you wrote it and I respect your opinion.  We part ways on Beinart's writing.
