    We have to remember that, generally, most of the participants in war are doing their duty as they understand it and deserve our compassion. We also need to remember that there are people being killed and maimed in astonishingly greater numbers who happen to be Iraqis in estimates that now range between 20,000 to 200,000+ (unlike the MSM reports most have been killed by the U.S. military) dead. I suspect the latter figure is correct since neither the MSM or the U.S. government wants to confront this issue.

      I am absolutely aghast at the calouse attitude Americans have towards the Iraqi casualties. I a particularly outraged at the repiglican meme "better over there than over here". Outrageous.
