    Anderson removed anyone within its own organization who questioned Enron's propriety.

    Quoted for emphasis.  The average Anderson employee did not know about the corruption.  If they did and complained they were removed.  How can you blame every employee for this?  You can blame individuals, but not the company as a whole.  Do you blame all those Enron employees who had no knowledge of the wrongdoing?
