Guaranteed effective against commies and terraists both!

      Thanks Tommy Ridge!

Ridge over Chertoff anyday. Ridge isn't my favorite perosn, but he was competent. I'll never forget when Chertoff got up on nat'l television and said "I remember seeing newspapers the day after saying NOLA dodged a bullet>" What utterly chilling bullshit. It either means he's a liar--and since every paper I've seen said no such thing, I think that's the case--or the Head of Homeland Security is relying on print newspapers for his information ....

Katrina apology article in (Un)Popular Mechanics? He staunchly set out to "debunk" the Katrina Myths.

He said that it wasn't really the worst storm ever, wasn't even that bad actually....

And he said it was the best and fastest example of federal government response to a storm we have ever witnessed in this country.

Of course it has nothing to do with the fact the Cousin Mikey runs DHS.  Nahh.  It also had nothing to do with his Debunking the 9/11 Myths article earlier in (Un)Popular Mechanics.  Funny how each time, the DHS conmes out smelling like a rose.

And his nabbing the Senior Researcher job at the POPULAR magazine while himself being only a 20-something Liberal Arts grad also had nothing to do with any nepotism.

Yeah, ya gotta love the Chertoff clan.

Michael's face alone inspires those warm, fuzzy, protected feelings.... ;P
