Or chance favors the prepared mind.

Keep up the good work.  You'll probably need a little more than this to get the Nobel Prize, but you are off to a great start.

Keep up the good work!  :-)

...but the red/blue division is 15%/23% right now so maybe this is bunk?

Maybe you should study the example of chemical and pharmeceutical industry scientists, and declare such experiments a success while they are still proving your favored hypothesis.

        LOL

I'm only joking.  This was supposed to be a humorous snark, but goes so wrongly against the fundemental integrity of the scientific method that now I'm ashamed.

But not so ashamed that I will not hit the submit button in the hope of getting a few laughs.

Oh, what a sad level I've decended to gloriana.

I should probably chance my signiture line, to "Don't let this happen to you!"  Meaning me.  Maybe some of the younger folks can still save themselves.   :-)

...truly.  But in those depths you may take comfort in the fact that you did, in fact, make me laugh.

          •  Great. That was my real goal all along. (2+ / 0-)

Thanks for cheering me up gloriana.

It's probably a fair assumption that any blogging on a political site at 1100pm on a Saturday night is probable a lonely person.

But now I feel like I've made contact with another human being.  But taking my advice above, this probably means I should quite while I'm ahead and log out real fast, before the netvocates working for the National Science Foundation come over and troll rate me into oblivion.

I hate it when that happens.  Especially, on Saturday nights, where I htink we ought to have special "be extra nice to each other and have fun" interaction protocals.

Keep up the good work.  Great diary.
