    Bush calling on congress to pass a law to stop this as we speak.

      He can just put out another signing statement that says he can't be sued....

      "..... as is consistent with the Constitution's provisions concerning the separate powers of the Congress to legislate and the President to execute the laws."

      So basically ANY law passed by Congress is moot because nanny nanny boo boo, Bush doesn't have to execute the law if he doesn't choose to because his powers are separate.

      By the way, the Bush admin's view of separation of powers could come in handy if I get a speeding ticket.  "Yes officer, you have the authority to write a ticket but I don't have to pay because I have the authority to write the check."
