...that Israel's tactics are questionable at best. Equating them to a terrorist group...that may be pushing it. They don't send in squads into the Palestinian areas and murder people just to make a point like they used to.

I'm still having trouble understanding why you believe they should not be a sovereign country. You know the reason why they say any sovereign nation would act as they have? Because WE did the same in Iraq, and we protect them from any reproach in the UN.

I said that they should not be a sovreign country as it is now. Meaning they should now have a Jewish state run by a few bandits who switch positions every few years. A democracy where all the opposition groups agree with the goverments position would be laughable if not so disappointing.

Splitting the land is not a good idea and when the President of Iran says they should be whipped off the map I agree. Rename the country and allow Palestinians and Jews to vote together for their leaders. Splitting the city of peace is a ridiculous idea at the core.

answer as to why it was such a good idea to split it in the first place.

Lebenon is all about drawing the USA into attacking Iran. But it will just backfire on Israel.

Given your approving reference to an avowed enemy of Israel, it's very easy to conclude that you're calling for Israelis to be driven into the sea--despite the vague, almost meaningless qualifier "as it is now."  If you want to argue that Israel should be remade as a combined Palestinian-Jewish state, you should make that clear from the outset.  I don't think you could have possibly worded it worse than you did.

so that no one gets it.  No Arabs, no Jews, no Muslims, no Christians, just trees and grass.

Screw all of them and all their tribal god images.

As for the "city of peace", if you mean Jerusalem, that's a stupid name for a place that has caused so much bloodshed.  Evacuate it and let it be the last place in the world where a nuclear bomb is used.  Deny the lousy place to every fucking religion for 10,000 years.

...and by agreeing with the religious nut in charge of Iran, you are tacitly saying that Israel has no right to exist.

And if you say that, you're a troll in my book.

And why isn't splitting the land a good idea?  It would be better if Israel and Palestine were independent and interdependent states.  After a few years of economic development alongside Israel, any rational Palestinian should tell Saudi Arabia and its bloated Royal Family to stop crying crocodile tears over the Palestinians...

9-11 changed everything? Well, Katrina changed it back.
