  •  Some just walked away (7+ / 0-)

I email with a large variety of Koslings offline and I know several of them who have just walked away.  I was speaking to one guy who hasn't logged on since in almost a month.  He was just done.  I "run" into people on other blogs/forums, but it's weird to see these flamewars and only recognise a handful of names because all the older users who'd been able to squash the nonsense have disappeared or have decided to waste their energy on something useful.

I mostly lurk, but reading the comments and seeing the same players each snarking in their own way was discouraging.  Everyone is shouting past each other.

I welcome reading bonddad each day as something educational and fire-safe.

You are needed. Hey, there are plenty of other wonderful things to read here along with bonddad's terrific diaries. Check out the Unitary Moonbat's remarkable history diaries on Sunday nights for a start. Just stay away from L/I/Ps and for god's sake never read anything by bouwerie boy.

and they are good.  So are the history ones and I liked the recent one from Pericles.  The L/I/P diaries are getting to me though.  It must be some form of masochism-I just keep reading them!!!
