    It's very easy to talk about the midterm elections, without using the term "midterm election."  We use terms like 'MT-Sen', 'Lieberman', '2006 election', or just 'election' among the numerous other words used to express our opinions and ideas without specifically repeating "midterm election" over and over like a bunch of mental patients.

    Start talking about Israel's war and the topic of Zionism is going to come up, and there really aren't any other words that can be used to discuss it.

      I've talked all about the 2006 election without even once, as far as I know, using the words "midterm election".  The methodology is totally whack.  Why do people recommend garbage like this?

        are not immune from believing obviously flawed data if it flatters our preconceptions.

        But I appreciate your vigilence -- even if it's mostly falling on deaf ears.

      In fact, a very small percentage of election diaries use the word "midterm."  A quick glance of the last 100 or so diaries proves this.

      I agree with the larger point of this diary, but the methodology is fatally flawed.
