Reid and Schumer (and Pelosi and Emanuel) have to make it very clear: you work for non-Dem Joe and you're out of the Rolodex. I don't give a flying hoot if Al From and any other DLC types shill for him, but if you're backroom campaign staff -- consultants, ad-makers, etc -- and you work against the duly-elected Democratic nominee, then you ain't getting any bucks from the DCCC or DSCC.

We must, it's we the people that have the power.

      To annoy at least! =)

      •  Call Joe too (0+ / 0-)

If you're in CT.  Call him and tell him you were one of his supporters, that you voted for him in the primary, even if you didn't.  Tell him it's over and for the good of the party he should abandon his indy run and support Lamont.

A pessimist sees a glass half empty. I see a paper cup with holes punched in it.

    •  But that's not going to happen. (0+ / 0-)

Lieberman is still an incumbent Democrat.

The Lamont challenge took the primary by 4%.

Not exactly a massive rejection of this 3-term incumbent.

Not that I like his Iraq and WOT politics, but Lieberman has been able to get votes from Independents and Republicans.

How will Lamont do with these voters ???
