  •  very impressive (6+ / 0-)

    if he looked half as good on tv as he did in that transcript, i would venture to guess that even republicans may end up supporting this guy.

    •  I saw it live and you are right (7+ / 0-)

      this is presidential material.

      •  Exactly! (6+ / 0-)

        Frankly, I prefer his style rather than let's say Edwards.

        He is very down-to-earth but on message.

      •  Let's just get him into the Senate first... (2+ / 0-)

        OK?

        One step at a time:

        1.  Retake Congress;
        1.  Restore our democracy as it has been understood from 1776-2001;
        1.  Put those responsible for crimes against the country, and the Constitution on trial;
        1.  Convict and sentence those found guilty
        1.  Retake the White House in 2008;
        1.  Begin the long slow road of re-establishing America's place as leader of the world (you know back to where we were from 1992-200);
        1.  Learn to love one another regardless of our differences;
        1.  Reverse global warming- try to save the human race.

        Of course if we stick with Repuglicans we go to:

        1.  Armegeddon;
        1.  End of the world (even if Bush has to personally push the button to do it).

        Kafka: The Trial; Republicans: In power.......... What's the difference?

          It's exciting; he's impressive and exudes the proper amount of confidence and humility.

          im with you on all of the above except for reestablishing our place as world leaders..

          we have a whole host of issues dwelling in our house to put in order before we presume to lead the world.  im not advocating isolationism.. just a focus on the proverbial planks in our own eyes.

          every judgment teeters on the brink of error; claiming absolute knowledge is monstrous.
