    We have to take advantage of all the atrocious things the bushies have done to this country and the growing public sentiment against those actions in a way that, say, Clinton never did after he won in '92-that is by advancing a bold progressive agenda.  An agenda that holds big business accountable for their growing power and profits at the expense of the middle and lower classes.  

    Democrats always get hammered (and rightly in many cases) for not having a unified message.  Let's try something like this on for size:  Working stiffs are getting stiffed while the fat cats are getting fatter.  This isn't an anti-business message, it is anti-greed.  I'm guessing the lower level employees at Exxon for instance are not realinzing much of their company's record profits...certainly not the $400 million (or whatever it was) that their CEO plled in a few months ago.
