    then how about this:

SEBRING, FLA... After a vote Tuesday in the U.S. House of Representatives against a ban on gay marriage, Congressman Mark Foley was criticized by his Democratic opponent and voters at Lakeshore Mall.

Both candidates commented Wednesday through their spokesmen.

Tim Mahoney, a Royal Palm Beach Democrat who is running against Foley, pointed out that Foley has waffled on the issue. This is diametrically opposed to his 1996 vote in favor of the Defense of Marriage Act, said a press release.

`Mark Foley wants it both ways when it comes to gay marriage`, said Charles Halloran, spokesman for Mahoney. This unreliable behavior is not new to the voters of Florida's 16th Congressional District. Mark Foley should pick a side when it comes to this issue and stop flip-flopping to suit his own political needs of the moment.
