    And I sincerely mean that.

    Basically, I'm saying that memorializing gay/bi victims of 9/11 is not "caring more about gays than...about regular people."  It ain't either/or!  (haha, pun intended -- I'm bisexual).

    I don't give a flying furry rat about what the Repubs think about how we're discussing gay/bi victims of 9/11.  Let them smear all they want -- but someone mentioned in an earlier comment that the Dems don't fight back.  Well, I think that's got to change.  Fight the Repub Smears!  I don't think we should stop caring about people, no matter what "group" they belong to, just because people on the right will ridicule us and lie, since saying we lefties care more about gay people than regular people is a LIE.

    And another funny thing, I have yet to find any evidence that people on the right care about "regular people."
