    and PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, that suspension of habeus means that anyone, even American citizens can be picked up under suspicion of who-knows-what and held indefinitly (as has occurred) with no right to demand a hearing or trial that could prove innocence (or guilt?).   Also, what does McCain's bill do about classified info and the rights of accussed to see the information that condems them?
