The criticism was from an earlier title... which was:

    Breaking: Keith Olbermann Arrested, Tortured.

    •  It's too important a diary to not change the (1+ / 0-)

title. People must know from the title that you are doing a detailed comparison of the drafted legal text between the President and the McCain version - and that they DO NOT DIFFER.

      Excellent diary, very unfortunate title.
How about: "Bush's and McCain's legislation both support the potential torture of Keith Olberman"

      Or the title Jerome suggested.

KO has die-hard convictiton as a journalist.
His philosophy will tell you to avoid being sensational.

The true reporter is not the one who requires the sensation of scandal to hype the truth.
The true reporter is the one who will strip away the sensational to protect the truth.

    •  Keith doesn't like this sort of 'hyperbolic' (0+ / 0-)

Though your latter half is excellent, the title and the beginning section damaged the total value.
Need to change further. i.e.: "Conviction of a True journalist, Olbermann"
"Save Our Final worrior on Media — K.O.
      ".... Damn, still dumb titles.
