    This is the second time this week that someone has pointed out, using the poetry of another era, that war (and the aftermath of war) sadly never changes.

      I've found a lot of literary tie-ins to present-day life lately.

      Sometimes, very unfortunately in terms of what that means, given the pieces selected.
