    These guys are scrambling to deflect blame ANYWHERE that works.....

    so far no Democratic scapegoat has surfaced in this mess so you get the feeling that this really is a mad scramble, free-for-all......

    would love to be a fly on the wall in meetings of Republican leadership lately.....

          Boners say it was the Democrats are responsible for the whole stinking sordid saga because we sat on the info untill the right time (uhm didn't the GOP? Untill after the election when they could quietly make Foley go away with the bribe,I mean offer of an Ambassadorship or something that would provide anout for everybody plus a retained seat?),before letting out when,gosh,they couldn't change the ballot. It's a nice theory,and would be a brilliant tactical move but,I gotta confess something. As a Democratic blogger there is no way I could have kept my big mouth shut if I had had an inkling of Foleys Follygate. Bet I'm not the only one either.
