and the internet stock bubble, well maybe, just maybe the Rove is a genius bubble is finally bursting.

absolute freedom for one individual undoubtedly limits the freedom of another.

    •  yeah but even if so, will it stop Rove's team (0+ / 0-)

from winning in California? a significant achievement whatever happens in Congress, and a good job reference for whichever "I'm not George Bush and I'm greenwashed, too" candidate for President 2008 hires Rove team and their "big lie" strategy.

Schwarzenegger's campaign manager is Steve Schmidt, known as Karl Rove's "lieutenant" and White House aide to Dick Cheney. Schmidt ran Bush's 2004 reelection "war room."

The governor's communications director, Adam Mendelsohn, is from DCI Group in Washington D.C., elite GOP lobbyists and corporate image shapers (global warming denial for EXXON; setting up bought-and-paid for "citizens groups" getting press for advocating against workplace smoking bans).

"bought-and-paid-for"? hmmmm: check out this morning's SF Chronicle story about how past fierce critic "progressive" SF minister Amos Brown seems to have had a change of heart after getting $16,000 in payments from the Scharzenegger campaign over the past two months as a "political consultant". Does Brown's radio ad in favor of Schwarzenegger report that the reverend is getting handouts from the governor? somehow I doubt it, although the story doesn't answer that question.

how Maria Shriver stomachs all the Republican operatives that she (no doubt) has to deal with?  I saw her in the audience in a recent clip of one of Arnold's  speeches.  I can't picture how that relationship works, or how they get along at Kennedy family gatherings, and when they are with her parents, etc.
