  •  Rove may have forced him to do more than that (9+ / 0-)

I seem to recall Rove's response to first seeing his Dream Date, George W.:

"I can literally remember what he was wearing: an Air National Guard flight jacket, cowboy boots, blue jeans.... He was exuding more charisma than any one individual should be allowed to have."

He even focussed on the outline of the can of Skoal in W's ass pocket! Or, in another telling:

"huge amounts of charisma, swagger, cowboy boots, flight jacket, wonderful smile, just charisma--you know, wow." Rove even remembers the car: "A purple Gremlin with Levi interior."

a PURPLE fucking Gremlin?  WTF - has anyone checked on IM's between Maf54 and TurdBlossom??

The low self-esteem I had during my high school years has just been raised exponentially!

I had to drive a freaking AMC Hornet for a while, and I thought the only people more worthless than me were those driving Gremlins.

      HAhahahahahahahaha!

      Thanks for the laugh, BD.

Of course, the first few lines of your excerpt made me throw up in my mouth a little. Nice save.

Bush could have had ANY car he wanted.  A Ferrari 308 Spyder? No problem?  Vintage 289 Shelby? Ditto.

What kind of idiot are we talking about here . . . oh, nevermind.
