  •  A small nitpick (0+ / 0-)

I hate ads that have one person begin a sentence and another person finishing it. I find it jarring and don't see the point. This ad does it twice: once on the words health care, and once on the words minimum wage. I just don't get why ad makers do that.

I really liked the "affordable health care" part.

In one second of screen time, you see people representing two different segments of the country who have been let down by the current administration - a mother with a young child, and an elderly man.  It hit me as saying, they are failing those who haven't had a chance to live life yet, and those whom we should be thanking and honoring.  They are failing our future AND our past.

It also shows that health care cuts across gender, race, and age.  It affects every single of us.

The other cut doesn't work as well as me, but the "health care" one definitely does.
