    ...that's part of the problem, of course; when the Department of Justice is run by political appointees of the Executive, naturally, they never do seem to do a very good job of investigated the misdeeds of them Executive, do they?

    Just like how with Abu Ghraib, you don't see the officers who commanded soldiers being investigated or court-martialed.  Why?  Because only a commanding officer can order a courts-martial proceeding.  Hence, it was just some rogue enlistees and NCOs, right?
