    Of course I do. I just don't know how to fix the system so that conglomerates of power can't abuse it. It feels to me that if we limit them, we will also limit individuals.

    My opinion is that all elections should be funded by taxpayer money, and that each eligible candidate gets exactly the same amount. Sounds fair to me.

      the central issue of the initial discussion, which was not who was making the out-of-state donations, but that there were out of state donations. Grant quickly mentioned Club for Growth as a premier contributer, which somewhat obscured his initial point, but we shouldn't forget what his initial point was: he was criticizing Sali for out of state donations. Regardless of who gives them, I think we can all agree that there is nothing wrong with out of state donations. God knows, we here have been pushing for them up and down. And I say, good for us.
