  •  Except that she *did* call herself. (12+ / 0-)

And she orchestrated the event. The guys in NH didn't go to jail because they made all the calls personally - they went to jail because they orchestrated a campaign with the intent of jamming phone lines. That's precisely what she's done here - plus she participated in it - she wasn't calling for any reason other than estabilshing tactics for the event. The guys in NH were actually in better shape because everything they did was in-state. This is an interstate issue - federal, not state violation.

No, I really think she's in deep here.

    •  Correction - (0+ / 0-)

The calls in NH originated for Idaho, so this is exactly the same.

    •  She did call? (0+ / 0-)

Call me pleasantly surprised. So much the better then.

    •  and this is the key to it all (0+ / 0-)

in a court of law, there is a HUGE difference between advocating an illegal action .. lets see

some I'll mention will piss some people off, but it's factual

      • defacing currency
      • trashing campaign signs

Simply talking about these things is NOT illegal {well, Alberto might disagree with us on that one}, but doing so - no question - it IS.

She stepped over the line, and actually did the deed; made a phone call {across State lines} in order to harass, which has State as well as Federal implications.

By making the phone call, the venue of her employment is now part of the calculus the charge "incitement to commit fraud or harassment". If she had not made the phone call, and simply bloviated about it, I doubt any lawyer woudl have touched the case.

Put a fork in her, because she's done.

All personal interpretation on my part - IANAL/YMMV
