    A lawyer can't

    b) Commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;
      © Engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation;
      (d) Engage in conduct that seriously interferes with the administration of justice;

    The key language of course is "criminal act" in (b).  To me that would be the most difficult to prove.  I think ©, since Ms. Ingraham did advocate dishonest calls to DemVote, would provide the strongest basis for a reprimand.  Certainly an argument can be made that her words and conduct today do not live up to the high standards that we as a society demand from officers of the court.
