Perhaps you could try a diary a day with each individual topic of discussion or categorized topics and questions. This way people with expertise in each area can respond and the data and discussions can be more comprehensive.

Just a suggestion from a layman that is overwhelmed by the breadth of your study.

I know it's a lot to chew... but Energize America covers a lot of ground.  Personally, I don't think it makes a lot of sense to post multiple diaries about this.  The writers asked that I take a look at the plan, with the hopes that my wife and I might be able to help further it.  This is simply my take on it.  I posted it as a diary in the event that anyone else wanted to contribute some questions or thoughts, spurred by my own.

From what I understand, a lot of discussion already went into drafting the plan.

I think that I'm "smarter" than this, or more dedicated, or whatever... but I often notice that if I click on a diary that is VERY long... I just move on.

Now -- I may read 8 diaries, or 12 diaries in that same reading session. I may read longer than it would have taken me to read the original diary. In that same Internet session, I may check 3-7 other news sources. But... that super-long diary... I passed on it, and don't go back.

I suspect this is because the Internet is a place which conditions us to the ultimate "instant gratification", or ADD type behavior. There's always another link to check out. Somehow it feels like one has accomplished more if one has read more links, vs fewer links in depth. (Your other diary worked because it was a story, an amazing story.)

So, agreed, would be a good idea to break this up into sections, post those, and full speed ahead. People will recognize your name, and click through, read, and participate.
