People in the district no doubt are now aware that the Democrats control the House.  Wouldn't it be logical to have the voters now embrace Candidate Rodriguez so that their district is represented in the House within the majority party instead of the new minority party?

Is this a viable campaign message to insert within his campaign platform?  After all, it is true that a freshman representative has very little pull, but a representative in the minority party may be even lower on the totem poll (although Bonilla probably has some seniority in his own party?).
