  •  Ugh!!! You're ALL wrong! (11+ / 1-)

    As I explained last night, the one, true reason Ford lost is explained here. The rest of you are just guessing, and guessing incorrectly.

    (And by the way, who is this "R o o k" person, and what makes him qualified to talk about the Tennessee Senate race? The race is over, and now he shows up out of the blue acting like a Ford supporter? Hmph! Sounds like a troll to me!)

      Your comment is the definition of unproductive:

      Paragraph 1: A reference to a bestiality diary;

      Paragraph 2: Calling somone else a "troll".

      Thanks for playing. NEXT!

      •  Dear Paul, (0+ / 0-)

        About that troll-rating.

        Feels good to hit that button, doesn't it? Kind of empowering to use nifty little tag lines like "Thanks for playing. Next!" Yeah, I know. I've done it myself from time to time. Usually after performing at least a coupel minutes' research on the person's comment history just to make sure I'm not, y'know, mistaken.

        For instance, if someone were to post a comment that seemed suspicious and included a link, I might check out the link. There, I might see a ridiculous story about Harold Ford having sex with a German Shepherd, which may indicate that the commenter was making what we call a "joke." I've heard that "jokes" are sometimes "subtle," and may not be readily apparent on their "face."

        Likewise, when I see a commenter make a comment about Rook, I might check into that, too. For instance, I might see that this same commenter recommended Rook in this diary. I might also see that this same commenter has repeatedly commented in Rook's past diaries and given Rook all manner of high praise.

        Then, when it occurred to me that perhaps my troll-rating was given inadvertently, I would be kind enough to retract it. That's just me, of course. Pray tell, how would you react if placed in a similar situation?
