    available for projects of this relatively small scale. And there's plenty of VC money that is not influenced at all by big oil's interests. to the contrary, if the VC's think a project has promise of being commerically viable, they'll support it. (It's why we're seeing increasing support for wind power.) Fusion may be viable too some day, but I'm just not buying any conspiracy theories about why development isn't moving faster.
