    and ilk,

do boycott San Francisco, and for that matter, all Bay-Area products!!!

Perhaps he will be better off just purchasing all of his stuff from the local Walmart!

    Let's see:

    • no semiconductors
    • pretty much nothing hi-tech
    • he can keep his deep fried potatoes
    • he can also keep his fat laden burgers
    • oooh, he can also keep his donuts too!
    • no Internets, (ya know, those tubular thingies)
    • he can avoid traveling on bridges and turn-pikes. Those collection thingies were invented here in the Bay Area

I think everyone will be better off if O'Reilly practices what he preaches!

the bonds for the Golden Gate Bridge were secured by the homes of the San Franciscans that voted to fund the bridge...

That and the bridge construction pioneered modern safety techniques and was the safest construction ever in its day despite the significant perils of working over one of the most dangerous stretches of water in the country... e.g., you fall in the water at the Gate and you likely get swept out to sea before you can be rescued - assuming you don't die of hypothermia... a bit more inhospitable than the East River...

and here I am ... a Bay Area resident; and I did not know that about how the bonds were secured!

        Thanks again!
