      •  Just to be clear... (0+ / 0-)

This disrist is absolutely right. Compelling evidence exists, it's even been diaried here. (and here.)  Funny, at the time, at least some of us were ready to dismiss it. Many others were supportive. There were no hundreds of replies, that's for sure.

I'm truly glad to see someone's capable of bringing some attention, to this ongoing outrage and calamity.

I like to think the sense of sustained outrage might even extend to some of our newly-elected Reps and Senators, who might finally, finally be moved to have a little look into the sustained and violent lawlessness occurring at, and against, our clinics.

Will you, dear Kossak, support me and others in such calls?

      •  Even tho' I oppose most (0+ / 0-)

abortions unless the women's life is at risk, attacks on abortion clinic workers and doctors and clients is wrong, simply and completely wrong.  They do NOT have the right to take the law into their own hands (and I apply that standard to people who are prog and non-prog).

Yes, I was guilty of shameless cheap-shot taking of Uni of Iowa.

        Best regards,

        •  Are you a women? Do you have uterus (0+ / 0-)

Have you donated money to the homeless shelters for battered women?  Have you volunteered your time handing out condoms to youth?  Have you had a job refused because you have children at home and you cannot afford daycare?  Have you encourage your representatives to vote against job training?  Do you have a uterus?

I will assume that all of your answers are NO.

You can have all the opinion in the world but guess what you do not get to CHOOSE for the Women who need to have control of their own bodies.

          •  Let's take it off-line, if (0+ / 0-)

you want to actually discuss the "rights" issue and control of bodies.  But I am going out on a limb that we don't see eye to eye.

Your last line is a bit extreme and can be used in a LOT of arguments.
