    Look, the problem here is a distinct lack of understanding of what the word "centrism" means. If it means, "Where the majority of the American people live", then there is already a "centrist" organization.

    That would mean the "Republican Party" was the 'centrist organization' for years and years.

      That would make, say, Ronald Reagan, a noted centrist, which seems unlikely.  Hell, Richard Nixon won the popular vote by the largest margin of any presidential candidate in history---talk about centrism!
