      The local civic club recently pronounced a partcular home 'Best Decorated Emeritus' because it won every year. Other people were starting to not decorate in time for judging in protest.
      Can you see where I got the idea that emeritus meant 'top o' the list'?
      And my apologies to anyone else I've unknowingly offended.
