    and this was the best I could come up with that fits on a line (titles routinely take me as long as posts).  Seems like people get my drift, anyway.

      something other than it is.  Could be "Lawyers representing detainees"...  Or worse, which is that they are attacking law firms who are representing detainees - it is one thing (still very bad) to go after a particular lawyer - but quite something to go after an entire firm and the firms in question are quite reputible - not the kind of firms that anyone could ever cal "unAmerican" or traitorous as Stimson's efforts are meant to make one believe.

      It is obviously up to you, but if I did not have background from the other stories I've read, I'd interpret the title differently.
