This weekend, I'm going to write to all members of the Maryland congressional delegation requesting that investigations be undertaken.  And another letter to the White House demanding that this guy be fired.

And next week, I'm going to investigate whether there is a basis for filing a complaint with Maryland Bar Counsel about this guy's ethics, since he's a Maryland lawyer subject to the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct for lawyers, among which is a prohibtion against "engag[ing] in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice," which certainly seems to be implicated by implicitly calling for a boycott of law firms that provide pro bono representation to clients that the government doesn't want to be represented.

Of the many outrageous affronts to the very concept of a "government of laws, not of men" that have been launched by this administration, this may well be the worst.
