    So we, the citizens that these right apply to, are not fit to decide the fate of our fellow man? We're not fit to be part of a jury of our peers? If the judges aren't able to hear the cases, the jury's a moot point, and the laywers are either broke or scared, then who's running this court system?

    This is not a covert attack. That is bludgeoning the foundation with a sledgehammer. In broad daylight. In front of everyone. This is overt and hostile to the highest degree.

    Did Gonzales pay any attention at all during his law classes? I was in a mock trial club for two years, and even I know that what he's saying is in direct opposition to the Constitution.

    This man needs to be debarred. He has lost any semblance of being a lawyer.
