    I'll try to address those in the next diary. I do know that HR 6 passed today in the House 264-163.

    The Senate is of course much more difficult because our majority is so slim. Many of the bills will require lots of support from the public if they are to get out of the Senate, and even then the fight will be hard.

      HR 6 passed on the floor.
      What, if any, stipulations did the opposition propose?

      110th HR 39 & HR 249 were introduced in the house.  Do they now go to committee? Where/when will opposition forces markup the bill (committee)?

      When/if the bills reach the floor for debate, will the rules allow for normalized debate? Will there be a "normal" amendment process?
