    IANAL, but that's what panorama freedom means. You can take pictures of city streets and own copyright without having to mention the architects of the buildings or designers of the clothes on people (to include the two specific exceptions in Section 106).

      I know that artists have gotten tetchy about that, but I am not sure about incidental display.  That would seem to go too far.  (But hey, let 'em sue.)

      My apologies to students who took my U.S. Government class in the 90s: evidently the Constitution doesn't limit Presidential power after all. Who knew?
