    In last year's SOTU Address, Bush started to talk about his Social Security plan.

    Looking very petulant and regretful, he says, "Congress did not act last year on my proposal to save social security."

    At this point, the Dems in the audience start clapping and cheering wildly.  Bush just looks daggers at them.  And then he completely bungles his next sentence with his typical quasi-english (you know, if they really want to make English the Official National Language, they really should learn how to speak it properly).  It's absolutely hilarious.
