    I'm sorry to hog this thread, but I read your old diaries and see you're another Texan. If you can...move upwind from whatever horrific pollution you're breathing. I know it's a hassle even if you're renting, but it could really make a difference. My doctor gave me Astelin for allergies and chemical sensitivity, which worked pretty well, but in the end moving is a more permanent fix.

      move, too, if I was going to get better.  I did, way up into the north woods, no less, and it dramatically lessened the symptoms of my chemical sensitivities.  I still can't tolerate lawn pesticides (especially not 2,4-D weedkiller) or even being around someone who's wearing perfume, but the fresh air up here works wonders.

      Oh, could your house have a hidden mold problem?  That can be murder on a person with allergies or sensitivities.

      I have alot of contacts there- Dallas, Austin, SA. But, if you're living in Lubbock, it might be Lubbock:)
