    The patient (or patient to be) hasn't retained a lawyer and the inquiries are informational. So, there is no actual legal activity or even a direct threat; it's all implied. Therefore, therefore there is no grounds for a retreat; indeed, if the insurance representative arbitrarily cuts off such a conversation, that could be grounds.

    IANAL, but this seems obvious. Basically, you're not saying you have a gun or holding them up with it; but you do have bullets.

    Illumination is cheap around here.
